I’m Faisal, a fullstack engineer. I’m happiest inside a problem that other people would rather walk away from: an operation that has grown messy, a product nobody has quite figured out, a business where the numbers don’t add up. Figuring those things out is the fun part for me.

I build products end to end, and I care as much about the product and the business around the code as the code itself. Most of my work starts by understanding how a business actually runs, then building the simplest thing that makes it run better.

I’m obsessed with learning. I read a lot and listen to people who are better than me at something, and I write down what I find in my notes. I also love teaching.

Most of my best ideas arrive on long walks.
